Attempting to get our Christmas Card Picture.

Let me start this story by saying that I work for Sears so when it was time to take Nicoletta to get professional pictures taken, I felt somewhat obligated to take her to Sears for said pictures. Well the pictures were wondeful, I was more than happy with my experience. In the time in between her 4 month and her 8 month pictures I had been talking to others who all suggested trying out JC Penny's saying that they had great props that they were so wonderfully priced etc. etc. So I decided to try it out. I had this grand plan to take Nicoletta for her 8 month pictures and have her dressed up in her Christmas outfit so that we could use our what I imagined to be adorable pictures from JC Penny's for a Christmas card. So we go take our pictures, they were great she was great I was pumped our Christmas cards were going to be ADORABLE. THEN the wonderful lady at JC Penny's explains to me that my pictures won't be ready until 12/18 AND unlike at Sears where you can purchase a CD of all of your pictures and bring it home with you that same day, Penny's did not offer that service. You could buy a CD but it was only off their picture website and you had to wait 7-10 business days for your pictures to be posted on said website before you could even think about buying this coveted CD and then you had to wait the 5-7 days for the thing to ship. Needless to say I felt defeated, I was totally depressed. My grand plan was sunk. So I had to torture my poor little girl once again for some card worthy pictures. Luckily we wound up with these pictures....
