Barney Mania...

So although John and I always said our kid would NEVER watch Barney we have a confession to make. Our kid freaking loves Barney! It's the only thing that will actually get her to stop in her tracks and sit still for longer than a minute. We try to down play it as much as we can but whenever possible she will usually ask for "me me" which is Nicoletta for Barney.

Our little angel is currently getting 4 teeth at once as I mentioned before. Last night she was tired, teething and because of all of the teeth she had one of the worst diaper rashes I have ever seen. I changed her diaper before her bath and she was not happy. Anyhow, when Ganma saw how upset she was she ran right out to Toys R Us and bought Nicoletta a little present. We gave it to her this morning, check out the sheer elation on this kids face!











Funny thing was when you push on his tummy it sings one verse of his "I Love you" song. Actually the cute thing is that when that song comes on she'll actually hug and kiss you at the appropriate parts in the song. Anyhow, we pushed on his stomach and he'd sing and everytime it'd stop she'd look up and say "oh no" or "uh oh" until we pushed his tummy again. Eventually she realized she could do it herself.
