Two hilarious Nicolettaism's from today...
1. We're in church this morning and they had the a few guys from the Knights of Columbus there dressed up in all their garb. Nicoletta was bringing my Mom outside in the Narthex and when I stopped her to ask what she was doing she said, "Mama they have pirates out there sitting in chairs!! Come see!!"
2. When we got home from breakfast John had to yell at Nicoletta because she wasn't being a very good listener. She was of course sad, we agreed that she could watch Barney for a bit before naptime. At one point John paused Barney and their conversation went something like this:
J: Nicoletta you know I love you right?!
N: Yes
J: And you know that I don't like to yell at you but sometimes I have to when you're not being a good listener because it's Daddy's job to teach you right from wrong okay?
N: okay...now we're friends again!
